Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update tonight;

Our morning session with Kate started out poorly but we talked through Corey’s disorientation to complete a fun object hunt. Kate had several items in a large box. Corey’s task was to try to name each item. There were 12; Corey accurately named all the items she’d use in the kitchen ~ the rest were unidentified. We had to giggle; the girl knows culinary!

We were very excited for the Lokomat today. Bryn Mawr agreed to write a patient story about Corey and filmed her session today as part of the documentary for their website and we will be getting a copy of the video. This will be an outstanding testimony to incorporate in our Advocacy platform.

Corey does not sleep through the night but lately, she’s been up every 30-45 minutes for well over a month. Sadly, our overnight staffing has been limited to two nights a week. Tonight we’re lucky, we have a nurse so I’m going to crash “early”!

Despite the challenging days and the sleepless nights, we have so much to be grateful for. Happy dreams, xoxo
